Advertising Policy
Last updated: August 25, 2026
This Advertising Policy sets out how Farm Arcu System presents its work in public, on farmarcusystem.com and anywhere else our name appears. We keep our marketing the way we keep our planning: grounded, honest, and free of anything hidden.
No third-party advertising
This website carries no third-party advertising. There are no display ads, no sponsored placements, no affiliate links, and no paid content of any kind. Every word on farmarcusystem.com is our own, written to explain our agricultural planning and farm-systems services to the people who might use them. We likewise do not sell, rent, or trade any information about the people who visit this site. A farm's business is its own, and we treat inquiries that way.
Honest presentation of our services
We hold our public claims to the same standard we hold our plans:
- No deceptive claims. We describe only the services we actually provide — land layout, crop and soil program guidance, drainage and water management, and barn and outbuilding coordination — and any examples we give are drawn from real work.
- No bait pricing. We do not publish teaser rates or quote figures we will not stand behind. Scope and fees are discussed openly, in plain terms, before any engagement begins.
- No undisclosed sponsored content. If we ever reference a supplier, product, or partner in connection with a paid arrangement, the arrangement will be stated plainly alongside it.
- Honest limits. When a question falls outside what we know, we say so. If we know someone better suited to the work, we will point you to them.
No aggressive tactics
Good farm planning cannot be rushed, and neither can the decision to hire a planner. We do not use pressure, artificial deadlines, or scare tactics to move anyone toward an engagement. You will get our honest reading of a property and the time to think about it. That is how the practice has grown, and we see no reason to change it.
External links
Some pages reference or link to outside resources, such as extension offices and conservation programs we often work with, or the map on our contact page. Those links are provided for convenience and context. We do not control external websites, and a link is not an endorsement of anything found there. We encourage you to review the policies of any site you visit from ours.
Partner and vendor outreach
Equipment suppliers, seed and soil vendors, and other agricultural businesses occasionally approach us about working together. We evaluate every proposal on its merits, and we recommend no one we would not trust with our own land. When we reach out ourselves, we introduce ourselves, say why we are writing, and respect a no as a final answer. We do not send unsolicited bulk messages, and no commission or arrangement will change what we tell a client.
Compliance
Our advertising and marketing practices are intended to comply with applicable truth-in-advertising law in the United States, including the standards enforced by the Federal Trade Commission, and with Pennsylvania consumer protection law. If anything on this site appears to fall short of what this policy promises, we want to hear about it and make it right.
